Jonathan Mazon

Jonathan Mazon holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/SP), an Executive LL.M. in Business Law from CEU Law School, and a specialization in Risk Management from Harvard Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/SP).

Practice Areas

He coordinates the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets team and also practices in Asset Management, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory Affairs. With two decades of experience in business law and risk management projects, he advises senior management, shareholders, and investors on internal and quality controls in the preparation of financial statements and their review by independent auditors, as well as on strengthening internal audit teams.
