Victor Castro holds a master’s degree in Public Law from the Milton Campos Law School (FDMC/MG) and is a specialist in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Milton Campos Law School (FDMC/MG).

Practice Areas

Coordinator of the Tax Litigation team in Belo Horizonte, with solid experience in handling tax litigation at both the administrative and judicial levels. He works on tax due diligence processes, the development of procedural strategies, legal opinions, and administrative defenses.

• He has taught Tax Law in graduate programs at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG).
