Leonardo Alberto

Leonardo Alberto holds a master’s degree in law from the São Paulo State University (UNESP) and is a specialist in corporate law and compliance from the São Paulo School of Law (EPD). He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG). He has completed additional training in Capital Markets at the Brazilian Bar Association’s School of Law (ESA/OAB), as well as in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Intellectual Property with an emphasis on traditional and technological aspects through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Practice Areas

She is a member of the Corporate Law team, with solid experience in advisory legal services, corporate restructurings, corporate events, succession planning, joint venture implementation, vesting structures, and corporate governance. She advises organizations on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, actively participating in the pre-closing, closing, and post-closing phases, ranging from the negotiation of preliminary documents to the drafting of final agreements, conducting due diligence, and negotiating with investors and counterparties.
