Jonathan S. Mazon

Jonathan S. Mazon holds an Executive LL.M. in Business Law from CEU Law School, a Master’s degree in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), a specialization in Risk Management from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

A legal professional with two decades of experience in business law, risk management, and governance projects, he is a certified board member by IBGC and a certified compliance and ethics professional by SCCE.

He has experience advising senior management, shareholders, and investors in companies and investment vehicles on risk management, governance, compliance, and integrity programs.

Additionally, he has relevant experience in supervising the implementation of risk management and internal control structures, quality controls in the preparation of financial statements and their review process by independent auditors, as well as in strengthening internal audit teams.
