Jonathan S. Mazon

Jonathan S. Mazon holds an Executive LL.M. in Corporate Law from CEU Law School, a Master’s degree in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and is a Risk Management specialist from Harvard Business School. He earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). With two decades of experience in corporate law, risk management, and governance, Jonathan is an IBGC-certified board member and holds SCCE certification in compliance and ethics.

Practice
Jonathan leads the Corporate Advisory team in São Paulo and brings extensive experience in corporate consulting. He regularly advises senior management, shareholders, and investors across companies and investment vehicles on risk management, governance, compliance, and integrity programs. His expertise includes overseeing the implementation of risk management frameworks and internal controls, quality assurance for financial statement preparation and independent audit processes, and strengthening internal audit functions.
