Henrique Moura

Henrique Perlatto Moura holds a Ph.D. in Tax Law and Legal Certainty from the Federal University of the State of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He holds a master’s degree in Law of Economic and Social Relations from the Milton Campos Law School (FDMC). He has completed a postgraduate program in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Milton Campos Law School (FDMC).

Practice Areas

He is a member of the Tax Litigation team in Belo Horizonte, with a solid academic background and extensive experience in Tax Law at both the administrative and judicial levels.
