Fernando Westin

Fernando Westin holds an L.L.M. in Tax Law from the Institute of Education and Research (Insper), is a specialist in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Paulista (UNIP).

Practice areas
Responsible for the Tax Litigation teams. He has extensive professional experience in administrative and judicial tax litigation, working with national and multinational companies. Advises companies on issues related to tax litigation, participation in due diligence, adherence to installment plans and amnesties.
