Claudia Abrosio holds a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Procedural Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and is a specialist in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). Bachelor of Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU).
Practice areas
Responsible for the Tax Consulting teams, with solid experience advising national and multinational companies. Provides support to organizations on matters involving tax planning, M&A transactions, negotiation of agreements with federal entities (tax incentives), tax compliance, tax credit recovery, and due diligence processes.

She was an assistant professor of Tax Law in undergraduate courses at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).
