Claudia Cristina dos S. Abrosio

Claudia Abrosio, founding partner, holds a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Procedural Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and is a specialist in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). Bachelor of Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU).

Practice areas

Claudia is responsible for the Tax Consulting teams, with solid experience in tax consulting working with national and multinational companies. She advises companies on issues involving tax planning, M&A operations, negotiation of protocols with federal entities (tax benefits), tax compliance, credit assessment and due diligence.
